About Las Sendas

Las Sendas is a family-friendly community in northeast Mesa, AZ, best known for its stunning mountain and city lights views, its challenging golf course, and the most enviable custom luxury homes in all of Mesa – rivaling even the largest and most expensive luxury homes in Scottsdale.

Las Sendas is Spanish for “The Paths”, and the master-planned development contains about 3,500 homes and encompasses 2,500 acres.  Approximately 36% of this nature lovers’ community is dedicated to natural or man-made open spaces, hiking trails, and biking trails. Nestled in the farthest corner of Northeast Mesa, Las Sendas is tucked up against the Tonto National Forest and Las Sendas Mountain, providing hiking and biking enthusiasts access to trails within the community, as well as trails in the nearby state parks.

Each enclave or neighborhood is gated (with the one exception of Grayfox at Las Sendas). Miles of walking, biking and hiking trails are available to all residents. The Las Sendas community map above shows the locations of each gated enclave, as well as walking, biking and hiking trails.

In addition to the miles of trails, residents can take advantage of the numerous Las Sendas amenities and facilities. As a homeowner here, you can enjoy a 12,000 square foot clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, indulgent spa, basketball, volleyball, and many beautiful parks.

The Las Sendas golf course is a semi-public course with private memberships available. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones II, and winds throughout the community taking advantage of spectacular views and elevation changes.

Las Sendas real estate options vary from affordable homes and townhomes to luxury golf course lots and mountainside estates. All of the individual neighborhoods are gated, and the finest luxury homes in Mesa are found at Las Sendas. Whether you are looking for a full time residence, vacation home, or retirement home, Las Sendas in Mesa has a home for you.

From the selection of the community name to the creation of its land plan, everything about the award-winning Las Sendas community is inviting and unique. It was named one of the top five communities in the United States three years in a row by the National Association of Home Builders.
