Builders & Real Estate Options

Las Sendas real estate options vary from affordable family homes, to custom luxury homes, to lock and leave luxury townhomes. Most homes were built by Blandford, the original developer of the Las Sendas master planned community, but Blandford sold several large parcels on the southern end of the community to other builders, and home sites on the northernmost end are custom lots. You’ll find homes built by: Cachet, Fulton, CalAtlantic (Lennar), and Maracay, as well as many individual custom-home builders.

Single Family Homes

The primary builder and developer of Las Sendas, Blandford Homes, built the vast majority of homes at Las Sendas. All neighborhoods are gated individual enclaves of 50 – 300 homes. The community was built over several years and many phases. Development started at the southern end of the community, and newer phases were opened moving northward.

You’ll find the last phases and newest homes in the northern parts of the development. The northern neighborhoods were built using Blandford’s more recent “Tuscany” styled homes and tend to be higher priced, more stylish, and offer better views than the earlier phases.

All Blandford “tract” home lots were sold out in 2010, when Blandford closed out all new home sales activity at Las Sendas.

Cachet at Las Sendas

Cachet at Las Sendas townhomes offer a luxury “lock and leave” maintenance free lifestyle. The Cachet enclave has its own pool and a small fitness center/clubhouse for residents only. You’ll find one and two-story units, many with small private back yards.

Grayfox at Las Sendas

The only non-gated enclave at Las Sendas, Grayfox is located south of McDowell Rd. Grayfox homes have generous lot sizes, and many have 3-car garages.

Windsong at Las Sendas

Also located south of McDowell Rd, Windsong has its own pool and is the most affordable enclave in Las Sendas. Homes are smaller here because the area was originally planned for patio homes.

Desert Creek at Las Sendas

The newest section of Las Sendas. Although residents at Desert Creek do not have access to the Las Sendas amenities, the community does have its own pool. Homes here are patio-homes on very small lots.

Various Builders: Custom homebuilders developed and are continuing to build lavish estate-style homes on the most sought after custom home lots. Offering expansive mountain and city lights views and indulgent finishes, the luxury homes at Las Sendas offer everything you’ll find in the most expensive and luxurious Scottsdale homes, but at a far better value.
